Help us congratulate two employees on their promotions!

Mallory Lochthowe was recently promoted at Town & Country Credit Union. As the Loan Servicing Supervisor, Mallory is now leading the Credit Union’s consumer and business loan servicing teams across all markets.

Originally from Minot, Mallory joined the credit union in 2011 and has held multiple positions since then. Most recently, she served as the Loan Servicing Supervisor for consumer lending. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Management, Marketing and International Business from Minot State University. Mallory is based in our Minot Main office.  

Bill Ford was recently promoted to AVP Information Technology. Bill joined the credit union in 2016 and has progressed though the IT Department, most recently serving as the Credit Union’s IT Manager. Prior to his time at Town & Country, he spent six years working in IT within the credit union industry.

In his new role, Bill will continue to manage and support daily IT operations which includes managing a team of IT professionals. In addition, he will recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions to benefit the Credit Union and it's members. Bill is originally from Sparta, Wisconsin and earned his Microcomputer Specialist and Network Technician degree from Western Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
