How to Apply

You will need the following information to apply for a commercial loan:

Signed commercial loan application
Personal financial statement
Last three years' personal tax returns on all owners
Last three years' business financial statements and tax returns
Projections and business plans for businesses less than five years old

All commercial loans must have collateral to back them. Collateral can be such things as business assets now owned or the assets to be purchased with the loan proceeds.
