Allie Flaten has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of our Fargo 25th Street location. Allie joined the credit union in 2022 and most recently held the position of Contact Center Representative. She is originally from West Fargo and a graduate of Rasmussen College.
In her new role, Allie will supervise and train member service representatives and assist members with consumer deposit products. She will also support the branch manager with consumer lending.
Mallory Lochthowe was recently promoted to AVP Loan Servicing. In her elevated position, Mallory will be responsible for the efficient daily operations of the consumer and business loan servicing teams across all markets. As a leader of our loan servicing teams, she will help ensure the best experience for our members and effectively advise employees on the best options to achieve this.
Originally from Minot, Mallory joined the credit union in 2011 and has held multiple positions since then. She holds bachelor's degrees in Management, Marketing and International Business from Minot State University.
Matt Tedrick has been promoted to VP Assistant Chief Credit Officer at our Fargo 52nd location. In this role, he will use his expertise to manage our credit risk across all lending areas and provide our Chief Credit Officer with vital backup. His duties include policy and procedure creation, compliance and leading the commercial and ag credit analyst and collections teams.
Originally from Minnesota, Matt attended college and grad school at St. Cloud State. He began his banking career in 1993 and has since held many positions that have actively prepared him for this new role. Matt has been with the credit union since 2011.
Jacob Fannik has been promoted to VP of Risk Management. In his new role, he will collaborate with departments across the credit union, assess the risks associated with their daily processes and beyond, create and implement plans to mitigate those risks and track them over time.
Prior to becoming an Ag Credit Analyst for the credit union in Feb 2023, Jacob spent 6 years in ag lending. He graduated from North Dakota State University with a BS in Agricultural Economics with a minor in Crop and Weed Sciences.
