Town & Country Credit Union has a team of exceptional employees who are readily available to answer your phone calls. This group of Member Experience Specialists is trained to assist you with any questions you may have. The Contact Center is located at the 52nd Ave branch in Fargo, but they answer phone calls from all members, regardless of your location.

Meet Skyler!
Skyler is from Fargo and has lived there all of his life except for one year when he lived in Colorado. He started at Town & Country Credit Union in October 2022. His favorite thing about being a part of the Contact Center is helping members with questions about TCCU Online and showing them how it can make their lives easier. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending his time with family and friends, watching movies, going to the gym, playing basketball, and playing with his dog, Loki.
Meet Nicole!
Nicole is originally from Lakota and has lived in North Dakota all her life. She worked previously in credit card support and scheduling before joining the Town and Country family in May of 2023. Her favorite thing about being a part of the Contact Center is to help solve any problem a member has regarding their accounts, no matter how big or small it may be. She wants to make sure our members are satisfied and happy after speaking with us. When she is not at work, she enjoys the silly hijinks of her cat, Frankie.
