- Traveling Out of State? Notify us here.
- Lost/Stolen Card Reporting:
- Online: Log in to TCCU Online, click on Credit Card and select Lost/Stolen. You'll follow the prompts to report your card lost or stolen and replace your card.
- Phone: Call 1-866-605-6183 and a Visa representative will work with you to notify the appropriate parties and replace your card. If out of the country, call collect at 727-299-2449.
Pro Tip: If you've misplaced your credit card, lock it! This will prevent anyone from using it, but will allow you to continue to use that same card if you find it again in the near future. Log in to TCCU Online, click on Credit Card and click on the green lock icon on the image of the card you'd like to lock. When you find the card again, you'll unlock it the same way.
