This group of Member Experience Specialists is trained to assist you with any questions you may have. The Contact Center is located in Fargo, but they answer phone calls from all members, regardless of your location.

Meet Elijah!
Elijah is the newest Member Experience Specialist. He has lived in the Fargo-Moorhead area for 15 years and previously lived in Georgia. He has always enjoyed supporting people and helping them find solutions. Elijah joined Town & Country in May 2024 and looks forward to a long stay. Some of his favorite things to do outside of work are reading, games of all sorts, and spending time outside.
