Town & Country Credit Union has a team of exceptional employees who are readily available to answer your phone calls. This group of Member Experience Specialists is trained to assist you with any questions you may have. The Contact Center is located at the 52nd Ave branch in Fargo, but they answer phone calls from all members, regardless of your location.

Meet Breleigh!

Breleigh is a Member Experience Specialist who started in August of 2023. Breleigh was born and raised in the Twin Cities but decided to move to Fargo to continue her education at North Dakota State University to study Business Administration. Breleigh loves how every call is different and has its own level of difficulty, so it’s always something new. When she’s not on the phone with members, she enjoys chatting with her coworkers. For Breleigh, the most rewarding part of working in the Contact Center is to help a member resolve an issue or provide some clarity so that, hopefully, their day can be made a little bit easier.

Meet Karen!

Karen is a Member Experience Specialist who grew up in Lisbon, North Dakota. She attended Valley City State University, and after college, moved to Moorhead, where she raised her family. She currently resides in Casselton, North Dakota. Karen started at Town & Country Credit Union in February 2024. She enjoys working with the team in the Contact Center because they are always very friendly and helpful. Her favorite part of her role is being able to help members with their issues and make them smile every time they talk to her.
